Tales of the Monkey King in Easy French

Monkey King Book Your students will enjoy reading and performing the stories from the Chinese Tales of the Monkey King which retell the antics of the playful monkey while teaching serious life lessons.

Each of the 13 stories is presented in both narrative and play script versions in easy French. This gives students the opportunity to learn the story before acting it out with live actors or puppets. For the artists, there are sketchbook pages to retell the story in pictures.
