Escape Key
Escape Key is a full length musical play that was originally written for performance by students in a K-6 junior school.
Ms. Prim takes her class on a field trip to the museum to learn about Canadian history. Three of the students, however, get themselves into mischief with the Time Line Control computer and get an up close and personal experience with some of the eras and events of Canada's past.
There are three main characters, but there are plenty of roles for large group participation in the production. The musical numbers are simple and dances could easily be handled by individuals or a folk dance club.
