Written for students of French as a second language, Tales of Glooskap retells several of the stories about the hero god Glooskap (also spelled Glooscap). The book provides teachers with a ready-made French activities to support learning in many areas of the curriculum.

Units include narrative versions, play scripts, comprehension and grammar activities, cells for comic strips, glossary and teacher answer pages.

For students who are ready for more of a challenge, interesting science research tasks about frogs, leaves and trees are also provided. Information for students and teachers is also included in the package.
